It started out bad with the aircraft departing in foggy & dull conditions but finished with the aircraft returning to base in glorious winter evening sunshine, it was all the nicer considering that the missions on the two days previous and the mission the day after were cancelled due to the weather conditions.

Unfortunately the Italian Navy Harriers that were present for TLP didn't fly during the visit but we still got to see the Hornets, Mirage F1's, Phantoms, Tornado's plus lots of F-16's fly.
